Abstract

Study showed that seed treatment and foliar spray of Carbendazim at 60–65 DAS and refinement of irrigation management (no irrigation during 25 December to 15 January) proved best resulting in disease control 86.6% and 88.8%, respectively in 2012–13 and 2013–14 as compare with Farmers Practice where mean disease incidence was 39%. Maximum mean seed yield (18.1 q/ha), cost benefit ratio (1: 5.96) and additional seed yield (5.7q/ha) were obtained with additional profit of 15, 960/ha.
