Abstract

Chaetomium brasiliense (C2) isolated from rhizosphere of cucumber from Navsari region. Which was used to evaluate compatibility with common antagonists for efficacy through dual culture technique under in vitro condition by dual culture technique and found compatible with fungal bio-agent in which Trichoderma koningii had minimum mycelial growth (2.67 cm) and highest % growth inhibition (58.9%) as compared to control (6.50 cm) followed by other treatments like T. longibrachiatum, T. harzianum and T. viride. Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus subtilis showed no mycelial growth as well as cent growth inhibition after 7–14 days of incubation.
