The population of spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch infesting adenium is significantly higher in polyhouse as compared to field condition. Under field condition, the population of two spotted spider mite, T. urticae has significant positive correlation with minimum temperature, morning relative humidity and evening relative humidity while maximum temperature showed significant negative correlation with mite population in adenium.
