Cold storage is mainly used for storage of vegetable, fruits and milk products. These products can be easily store in 2 to 4°C for long term Aeromycoflora are diverse group of organisms and have been found in large amount in environment of cold storage. Air almost always contains spores, but the number and type of spores depend on the time of day, weather, season and geographical location. The comprehensive study of Sharwan Cold Storage of vegetable in Hapur District at area of Delhi road was undertaken during January 2009 to December 2009. During the present investigation period total 27 species from 17 genera are observed. Aspergillus niger was most frequent fungal species during the investigation period. Aspergillus fumigates, Aspergillus falvus, Alternaria alternata, Rhizopus and Trichoderma viride present in all season during investigation. Out of total fungal population Aspergillus sp. was most dominated fungi in cold storage environment. Alernaria alternate, Rhizopus and Trichoderma viride were co-dominant fungal species.
