In present investigation the various leaves of Agave species are used to develop Bio-emf-devices (BED) and perform their comparative study. It is found that, the number of living cells present in leaf tissue plays important role in current generation mechanism from BED. Different factors have also discussed to achieve better performance from Agave species.
