The present paper explains that role of the teacher is to impart knowledge to students but an instructor is a person who teaches a specific practical skill. In the present paper, there is a discussion held on teachers’ and instructors’ roles by analyzing their teaching skills and pedagogy. The research paper aimed to study the teaching skills of teachers and instructors and to analyze the pedagogy of teachers and instructors. For this research, various random sampling methods are used because of not possible to study the whole universe. Sample Size: The sample size is 40 teachers and 40 instructors of my research project. Research Instrument: Structure Questionnaire. Sample Technique: Personal interview and by email method focusing on the qualification and degrees of teachers and instructors. TOOLS AND TECHNIQUE: The data will be analyzed with the help of testing of hypothesis i.e. chi-square test and t- test. SPSS will be used for analyzing the data. Different tables and charts will be produced for establishing the result. DESCRIBE OF THE TOOLS: The researcher used to form a questionnaire based on the general awareness and the data collection with the symmetry of the population and sample size. The standard questionnaire formed by the researcher is having reliability and validity of the questions. Researcher formed a questionnaire based on his experiences and provides basic instructions to the students and then administrated the collected data through a questionnaire. The data has been analyzed with the help testing of hypothesis i.e. chi-square test and t- test. SPSS used for analysis the data. Different tables and charts has produced for establishing the result. RESULT: The data analysis on the questions asked by teachers and instructors is based on their teaching skills. It is found that teacher competencies must be based on the research and skills of a teacher. The instructors having proper qualifications and skills to teach smartly are more competent than teachers lacking professional degrees or skill training. Every teacher must be educated based on research and qualification.
