Reliability and risk analysis with uncertainty considerations

In this paper a new method is suggested for Reliability and Risk Analysis, using the first principles to obtain a more general solution for Uncertainty in Probability Theory, on the basis of a general solution for Uncertainty in Information Theory.

Owing to the general form of the equation thus derived, it is equally applicable in the areas of system Reliability and Risk assessment.
