The “IITM Journal of Management and IT” is a bi-annual journal with the mission to propagate quality learning and disseminate innovative information to the society through excellence in education and research for the benefit of everyone ranging from the academic and professional research communities to industry practitioners. Each issue of the journal provides research platform for various niche areas in order to realize new theories and developments for research communities; thus bridging the gap between research theories and industrial developments. The journal covers a wide range of topics in the field of Management and Information Technology. IITM has a Journal Committee that is responsible for inviting papers tentatively three months before the publication of the journal issue. It also distributes the tasks such as review of received research papers for the originality of content, checking plagiarism, level of research, proposed ideas & directions for future applications, etc. The Views expressed in the journal are those of authors. No part of this publication may be reproduced in any form without the written consent of the publishers.

Author Guidelines
Manuscripts should normally be of up to 5,000 words (A-4 size pages, typed double space with adequate margins (1.5"in all sides and giving page numbers). Manuscripts should be submitted in duplicate with the cover page bearing only the title of the paper and authors' names, designations, official addresses e-mail IDs and telephone/fax numbers.
Abstracts. Submit an abstract of about 150 words. Key Words are to be written below the abstract.
Tables and Figures. These should be accurately made with proper centering, alignment, etc.,
Endnotes. All notes should be indicated by serial numbers in the text and literature cited should be detailed under Notes at the end of the paper bearing corresponding numbers, before the references.
References: Place the references at the end of the manuscript following the endnotes. The list should mention only those sources actually cited in the text or notes. Author's name should be the same as in the original source. For example:

Follow British spellings throughout (programme, not program).
Use of numerals: One to twelve in words, thirteen and above in figures, unless the reference is to percentages (5 per cent), distance (5 km), or age (10 years old). Use 1900s and 19th century.
No stops after abbreviations (JK, MBA). Use stops after initials (K.S. Kapoor).
Use double quotes throughout. The use of single quotes to be restricted for use within double quotes.
Italicization and use of diacriticals is left to the contributors.
Capitalization should be kept to the minimum and should be consistent.
An author will receive a complementary copy of the issue in which his/her paper appears.
Book reviews must provide the following details, and in this order: Name of author/title of book reviewed/place of publication/publisher/year of publication/number of pages, in Roman and Arabic figures to include preliminary pages/and price, with binding specifications as such as paperback or hardback.
Authors, apart from hardcopy, should also send a Soft copy of the contribution in MS word, Times New Roman Font either in a CD or by e-mail to Editor in Chief. The hard copy and electronic files must match exactly.
Manuscripts not considered for publication will not be sent back. Acceptance of papers for publication shall be informed through e-mail or through normal mail. Those submitting papers should also certify that the paper has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
