Aims and Scope

Its publication aims to contribute to the development of theory and practice. The journal will accept academically robust papers that contribute to the area of research in business and management.
Vision: It is an academic journal, which provides an integrative view of management thinking, empirical research studies and management practice in the Indian and global context and aims at bringing together academicians & practicing managers. It aims at publishing papers which advance knowledge through research on contemporary management issues and cases in functional areas of marketing, finance, human resource management, human behavior, operations management, information technology, general management as also macro issues of globalization, regional trade and investment. This is a biannual journal published every year in January-June, July-December. The journal tries to maintain a balance between purely research-oriented papers and those based on management practices in different areas of management.

Guidelines for Author
The manuscript should not exceed 6000 words (12-18 A4 Size pages, typed J .5 space, font size 12, font type- Times New Roman).
It should be submitted in duplicate with the cover page bearing only the title of the paper and authors name, designation, official address, e-mail and phone/fax number.
Details about the author have to submit a separate sheet along with the manuscript.
The authors are requested to send the CD containing the full text of the paper including notes, references, tables, charts and maps in MS- Word format along with the paper or by email.
Language will be used in English only.
Each paper should be preceded by an abstract of about 100-200 words & keywords.
The paper should not have already been published or submitted elsewhere for possible publications. A certificate in the regard is to be submitted by authors while submitting the papers to the Editor-in-Chief.
Tables/ Figures should be numbered consecutively and inserted into the document in the preferred location.
All footnotes should be indicated by serial numbers in the text, and the literature cited should be detailed under Notes at end of the paper bearing corresponding numbers, before the reference.
Place the references at the end of the manuscript following the endnotes. All references should note the complete list of journals and books with page numbers. The following format should be used for referring Books/ Articles/ Edited Book in the article:
An author may receive a copy of the journal in which his/her paper published at no charges, however, can subscribe if needed on subscription rate.
Manuscript not considered for publication will not be sent back.
