This research paper intends to carry out comparative analysis of HR Policies of selected IT companies namely Wipro, Infosys and TCS based on three parameters such as Fact sheet of employees, Employee Utilization rate and Attrition rate. These Indian IT companies representing the Software Sector contributed immensely to the growth of Indian Economy and has put India on the forefront of the global map. HR -unction has gained a lot of importance over the last few years and have become a key factor in the success of any organization rather than playing just a support function. Framing right type of HR policies is not only useful for the concerned organization but also give a clear direction to the employees.e. the knowledge base of any organization to move ahead and complete their day to day tasks.
