Nowadays computer security is becoming a major issue because we are moving to a digital world. The security of data is extreme important in ensuring safe transmission of information over the Internet. Authentication and firewalls are one of the most basic and commonly used techniques to ensure security in the network. A firewall is a device that prevents unauthorized access to a network and can be implemented in hardware or software or a combination of both.
