Abstract

Many Proteins consist of disordered region, which gains importance in recent days due to important biological functions. Prediction of disordered region is a vital part in gaining the thorough knowledge in protein function. An attempt is made in this paper to give the birds eye view of various computational methods pertained in predicting disordered region and the method which produces best accuracy rate was analysed using VEGF Canine sequence data in all the bioinformatics tools.
