The main objective of every organization is to maximize its profit. To achieve this objective the organization should increase its sales by getting more customers and the only way to get more customers is that the organization should provide expected satisfaction to the customers. Online shopping has become a unique and easy to use way of buying all types of products online with just one click. Internet banking, debit cards and cash on delivery have made buying online a great experience. In Bareilly, though there is an eminent presence of multi-brand retail outlets of world renowned brands, the variety and choice of products in different genres remains missing. Today’s youth is quite fashion conscious and wish to experiment with all types of available choices of brands. The unavailability of choice diverts his/her attention to online shopping where a wide range of choice is available at different prices. To examine the satisfaction level of those customers you opt for shopping online, this research has been conducted in Bareilly city. Data has been collected from hundred respondents using a questionnaire. The respondents were in the age group of 18 to 24 years.
