Aims and Scope
Invertis Journal of Management (IJM) is an academic journal published by faculty of Management, Invertis University, Bareilly.
The aim of IJM is to support creative and critical thinking in the field of management. The journal focuses primarily on promoting research.
Frequency: Two issues of Invertis Journal of Management published each year. They publish in June and December. Occasionally this journal publishes special issues on specific topics related to the focus of the journal.

Guidelines to the Author
IJM welcomes management articles on various issues of current interest. We accept Empirical Articles, Conceptual Articles, Book Reviews, Case Studies and Research Notes.
Research manuscripts should be submitted online on the IJM website???????????
Paper submissions should be prepared with font in Times New Roman with font size 12,Main Title of the Article 16, line spacing 1.5 where one-inch margin for all sides. The acceptable manuscript lengths of different types in IJM are as mentioned below:
Research Paper (Empirical or Conceptual): 7500 to 12000 words.
Case Study or Research Note: 5000 to 7500 words.
Book Review: 1000 to 2000 words.
Manuscript must have a cover page by mentioning, paper title, authors name, address(es), e-mail address(es) and mobile number of all authors.
Abstract page having paper title and brief summary of the paper with single space, within 150 words. Keywords list (atleast five) must be followed by abstract.
Body of the manuscript should be typed in Times New Roman with 12-point font size and page numbers at bottom-centre, with section heading 14-points, sub-section heading 12 points and 1.5 line spacing. Whole manuscript must be written in single space with setting a one-inch margin in all sides.
Figure, Exhibit and Table, need to be on a separate sheet, separately numbered and attached at end of the manuscript. These must be presented according to American Psychological Association (APA) format.
References must be typed in American Psychological Association (APA) and listed in alphabetical order.
The editor of IJM will inform corresponding author about the acceptance, rejection or modification of the paper after getting blind review report. On acceptance, author needs to submit soft copy of revised manuscript.
All Authors need to testify the originality and authenticity of their paper separately. IJM follow strict anti-plagiarism policy therefore it is authors responsibility to ensure that only original works are submitted.
