The Journal of Global Information and Business Strategy (JGIBS) is a Refereed Yearly Journal of the Gitarattan International Business School, Rohini. It is available in hard print to be published thereafter. The journal would carry empirical research based studies as well as popular articles on management, business and economic scenario. It proposes to cover diverse areas of management viz. marketing, production, finance, human resource management, operations research, materials management, management of change organization culture, organization development, knowledge management, time management, stress management and so on. It also proposes to cover business and economic affairs, pertaining to industry, commerce, international trade, services, foreign direct investment, foreign portfolio investment, business processes outsourcing, world trade organization (WTO), GATT, GATS, TRIPS, TRIMS, WIPO & Regional Trade Agreements etc. The JGIBS also proposes to cover major economic & corporate events, along with important statistical data about the economy and industry. It is hoped that, it would emerge as an indispensable source of information for business executives and the academy. The Gitarattan International Business School, Rohini is a constituent of the Rohini Education Society and has a distinctive image in the region. GIBS is a premier institution of higher learning imparting education in the faculties of Management, IT & Law education.

Guidelines for Contributors
J-GIBS invite academicians and professionals to contribute research papers, case studies, articles and book reviews for its forthcoming issue. The guidelines for the authors are as under:
General Guidelines
Selection shall be done on the basis of Blind Refereed Review. Decision of Editorial Advisory Board and the Institute shall be final and binding.
The contribution must be original, neither published nor under consideration for publication anywhere else.
The cover page is to contain the title of the paper, author's name, designation, official address, contact phone, email address. In case of multiple authors the cover page should indicate the author to whom correspondence should be addressed.
An abstract of not more than 150 words along with five key words is also to be attached with.
The main text is not to contain the author(s) name or affiliation.
The author(s) are to submit a duly filled copyright form/claim of originality in a prescribed format.
After publication, author(s) will receive one copy of the journal.
Formatting Guidelines
The length of full paper should be 3000- 5000 words (15-20 pages).
The author(s) are to submit one hard copy of the manuscript on A4 sheet along with one soft copy in MS Word. The soft copy of contribution is to be sent by email attachment to jgibs@gitarattan.edu.in.
Use British spellings throughout: 'programme' not 'program', 'organisaion' not 'organization', 'behaviour' not 'behavior'.
References are to be given separately at the end of the manuscript and the entries should be arranged alphabetically. The word 'References' should appear as heading.
Follow APA style of referencing For example:

Margin on all four sides is to be 1 inch.
