Abstract

Super plasticity is discrete as the potential of a material to survive stretched to several hundred and thousands percent of its original length lacking to produce a collar. Such huge stretching capability has received mounting interest from the profit-making forming people. The individuality of super plasticity-huge deflection and low stress has been used usually in Super plastic Forming (SPF), events such as Blow-Forming, Forging, Vacuum forming, Extrusion, etc. The aspire of the proposed Paper is to attempt an array of experiments in the domestic developed equipment to establish the pressuretime diagram for Sn-Pb alloy in conical die at a mixture of pressures. Before superplastic forming of any complex geometry, knowledge for obtain pressure-time diagram would be necessary for smaller basic shapes. To set up the relation between pressure and time and plot p-t diagram.
