Many Forensic situations warrant the need for determination of alcohol in blood as well as the breath of either parties involved. A review of literature shows that there are numerous methodologies involved, the most popular procedure prevalent in the past was the one suggested by Payne et al, modified later on by Cooper. The authors present here a further modification of the Cooper's method by which estimation of even very low level of blood alcohol is possible by using Gas Liquid Chromatography without Head-Space.
