Mixed complexes of Ni(II) with 2, 2’-bipyridyl as primary ligand and barbituric acid and some of its derivatives as secondary ligand have been studied potentiometrically at 30° and μ = 0.1M (NaNO3) in 50% aqueous - ethanol medium. Stabilities of mixed complexes of these barbiturates have also been determined.
