Abstract

We report here three cases of sudden deaths due to myocardial infarction, who had the attack during an argument with the other person over trivial issues. Such cases are generally referred for medico-legal autopsy since it is a case of sudden death, to rule out any foul play and determine the exact cause of death. In such cases the opinion of the autopsy surgeon is crucial for guiding the investigating officer or the judge in the court of law in concluding the case. Here we have discussed the medicolegal implications of such cases.
