A 28 year's old married lady was killed by her husband. She was suffering from chronic pulmonary illness for prolonged period and there was no sign of recovery. The lady was emaciated suffering from cachexia. He was not financially able to bear her expenses of treatment and care so decided to eliminate her by killing. This killing generates some questions whether euthanasia could be permitted in such type of cases to get relief from this financial burden and freeing the lady from the clutches of her sufferings.
