Abstract

This review describes the potential utility of GC - MS and the methods currently available in analysis of antidepressants in different toxicological samples. The paper covers the various aspects of analysis such as matrix, extraction procedures, column, detector used in tabular form. Selective applications of GC-MS showed that it is an accurate and specific technique for analysis of antidepressants in various matrices of toxicological interest.
