A clinical forensic case of accidental electrocution by high tension wire while working. The victim who survived showed extensive wound of entry on scalp and multiple wounds of exit on ventral aspects of toes. Surprisingly inspite of passage of high voltage current and the heart being in the axis of passage of current, the victim survived and with treatment was discharged, totally cured. Details of this unique case are presented in this paper.
