Terrorism has thrived because there is simply no real defence against it. It is very difficult to provide complete insulation against it. It is a way of cold war for designed and well through plans and strategy. A terrorist incident is not and never has been a lone incident, perpetrated by some people for their personal or political ends. There has to be clean policy and National consensus on such issues. India has witnessed 13 air hijackings in the recent past are have enough terrorist activities in the recent posts. We have to realise ground realities in the era of terrorism in our country. No system can be fool proof but there is no choice but to take hard measures. World has seen 851 air hijacking upto none and 14 have occured in India.
