The formulation of a biological profile such as stature, weight, and gender is a key element in forensic investigation. Hand anthropometry is used to estimate stature. The estimated stature can be used for person identification. Hence the study was aimed to derive formulae to estimate stature from hand anthropometry among Kagay-anon population in Philippines. The study sample consists of consented 200 males and 200 females and recorded eleven hand measurements and data were analysed statistically. The study developed population specific linear regression equations to estimate stature from hand anthropometry applicable to Kagay-anon population in Philippines during forensic investigation.
