Since Malaysia is a country with multiple races, the current study is carried out with an equal amount of samples from three different races Malay, Indian and Chinese to obtain overall stature measurement of Malaysians and the significant relationship of Malaysians lower limb length and foot length associated with stature. Measurements of lower limb length, foot length and stature were obtained by random sampling method from 240 Malaysian adults, male and female striated across the race, 80 subjects from each race. The obtained result shows statistically strong positive correlation between both the lower limb length and stature and foot length and stature. The present study has established the definite correlation between lower limb and stature follows by foot length and stature.
