The study of facial shape is very useful anthropometric tool to find racial and sexual differences. The aim of this research was to study the sexual dimorphism in the facial shape among the main Malaysian races (Malay/Chinese/Indian). The study included 121 males and 121 females having the same race up to the third generations. Results showed significant gender differences among the three Malaysian races. The facial shape of Malay were Hyperleptoprosopic and Leptoprosopic, and Chinese faces were Hypereuriprosopic and Euriprosopic in males and females respectively while Indian male have both Hypereuriprosopic and Euriprosopic but Indian female is Hypereuriprosopic.
