Medical ethics is a principle that must be followed by health care workers to control their behavior and to produce quality doctors. It assists practitioners in medical social work singly or in groups to behave ethically in achieving the profession. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 270 MBBS students. They were requested to answer a questionnaire which included questions regarding demographic profiles, knowledge regarding medical ethics and attitude regarding medical ethics. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and chi-square with P value <0.05. Results showed that the level of the knowledge regarding medical ethics among the MBBS students is high which is 100% and the level of attitude regarding medical ethics is 95.2%. There is a significant relationship between gender and the level of attitude of medical ethics among MBBS students (p<0.05). As a conclusion, the MBBS students in Management and Science University (MSU) are aware of medical ethics.
