Low back pain as become a silent pain among majority of population worldwide, especially in globally competitive countries. Low back pain plays a significant role in deterioration of their health and lifestyle. Therefore, our study has been objectified to study the incidence, prevalence and risk factors of low back pain across 3 major continents worldwide. Our study consisted a review of 20 articles that were published across 3 continents; Asia, America and Europe. The main focus was to study the prevalence of each risk factor that contributed to the cause of low back pain. The result varied according to every continent. A Statistical Package of Social Sciences approach was used to analyse the data and results were obtained. Asia showed the highest prevalence rate (33.8%) among the three continents due to sedentary lifestyle. The prevalence of low back pain in female is higher than male across all three continents due to involvement in strenuous physical activities.
