There are rare autopsy studies to understand the pathophysiological mechanisms of deaths in CoVid-19 positive patients by the diagnosis of pathological substrates. The histopathology of the patients who died due to Corona virus (CoVid-19) infection can define the exact pathogenesis of this infectious disease. This may help clinicians to devise an effective treatment to reduce the mortality by the disease. Authors reviewed literature in this regard and supplanted them with the findings of the present study. The macro and microscopic findings of the cases autopsied at the study institute are presented to disseminate the findings. This is an attempt to help the health care system of both developing and developed world with an inbuilt mechanism to counter and combat any of the future waves of the CoVid-19 pandemic. It will certainly be helpful for the comprehensive analysis of this problem with a high clinical and an epidemiological interest.
