Andragogy or adult learning is broadly defined as purposeful and directed learning undertaken by adults in order to increase knowledge and skills,and/or change behavior,values, or beliefs. The different forms of adult learning widely practiced are formal andnon-formal. Formal learning is learning activity which is structured and organized in sequential manner in which a series of experiences is planned and directed by a trainer.This form of learning is provided by schools, colleges, universities, and other formal educational institutions.Non-formal learning is structured form of learning may also refer as participative form of learning. It is accomplished by formal educational program,workshops, seminars, private lessons, and guided/organized workplace training. It impartsadult basic education,life- skills, work skills, and general culture.The objective of present study was to add new dimension and validate andragogy by connecting cross culturally dots of various modelsextensively used by educators.
