The significance of micro-geographic regions in the creation of crime issues is becoming more widely acknowledged. While numerous studies demonstrate that crime is disproportionately concentrated in certain areas, researchers have only just began to look at how residing there affects human development. We point to an unexplored component of the relationship between living in a hot spot, and crime and violence. This violence and crime may be caused by social, emotional, behavioral and genetic factors. We argue that criminality is not only depends on situation, and other factors mentioned above, and it is also caused by some genetical causes like chromosome pattern. For an individual with chromosomal variation who has to face court, it is important to value the impact of the disorder on criminal responsibility, mental capacity, fitness to plead and the ability to bear witness and ethical responsibility. In light of this, research into the epigenetic factors that contribute to high crime areas has enormous potential to deepen our understanding the criminality as well as to inspire novel strategies for violence prevention.
