Deceased was an unknown male aged about 20–25 years, found lying dead on ground. Cause of death was asphyxia due to gagging. Manner of death was ascertained to be Homicidal in nature, on the basis of police panchanama a and postmortem report. Gag was “BANIYAN“ tightly packed into Mouth and throat.
