Accidental kerosene ingestion is common in children but cases of its ingestion for suicidal purpose have been reported in adults also. Majority of the times it results in pulmonary complications. Apart from the pulmonary manifestations, gastrointestinal dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction has been reported. Neurological complications are uncommon and raised intracarnial pressure has not been reported. We report a case of raised ICP and papilloedema in a patient with kerosene poisoning.
