Killed by a boar (A case report)

Abstract

Bull horn injuries are frequently observed in rural India. But, case killed by boar are uncommon. A seventeen-year old man was killed by a boar at Keibul Lamjao National Park while going for fishing at the Loktak Lake. There have been two sporadic incidences of attacks by boar at the same place but the present case is the first fatal case and is reported for its rarity.
