Abstract

Schools are known as temples of learning. These are the places; where, builders of the nation enter as saplings and come out as fruitful trees. In this process, sometimes, some aberrations do occur. Some teachers, most of them being over enthusiastic and rarely some with uncontrollable anger, punish the children physically as well as mentally. This students battering will have to be replaced by nicer means to improve them. Some of such horrible cases either coming for medico legal examination to the hospitals or being reported in the newspapers, will be presented to be condemned in the strongest way possible and to prepare some guidelines to prevent the child right violations in schools.
