In the present article an attempt has been made for Do's and Don'ts for sophasticated analytical instruments which are used in Forensic Chemistry and Forensic Toxicology. Volume-I of this artrcle consists of Do's and Don'ts of UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Gas Liquid Chromatography (GLC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Forier Transform Infra-red spectrophotometer (FTIR).
