Effect of Oil Pulling to Relieve the Constipation among Adolescent Girls in Womens Hostel, Coimbatore

The effect of oil pulling to relieve the constipation among adolescent people. Quasi experimental design one group with pretest and post test design was adopted for this study.convenient sampling of 10 adolescents girls with moderate and severe stages of constipation were drown as sample for the present study The paired test was used to assess the effective of oil pulling among adolescents girls in Women's hostel. The mean of pretest and post test was 6.2 and 3.4 respectively. The ‘t’ value was formed to be 7.203 and there is a significant difference in the Constipation level..thus the oil pulling to retrieve constipation among adolescent girls in women's Hostel, Coimbatore was an effective.
