Study conducted on to assess the knowledge and attitude on care of elderly depression and cognitive impairment among adults residing in selected villages of Yellore rural PHC, Belgaum. Descriptive study design was, used total samples were 200, The findings of the study reveal that most (61.5%) of the samples had moderatelyfavourable attitude The findings reveal that most of the samples in rural adults had average knowledge regarding on care of elderly depression and cognitive impairment. The findings reveal that most of the samples in rural adults had moderately favourable attitude towards on care of elderly depression and cognitive impairment. Henceforth need to educate people on care of elderly depression and cognitive impairment.
