Lifestyle diseases are defined as diseases linked with the way people live their life. For younger population, the risk of lifestyle disease looms larger. This is commonly caused by alcohol, drug, smoking, and lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating as well as technology and belief. The major life style diseases seen in schoolers are obesity, asthma and allergies, skin problems, anemia and computer vision syndrome. Awareness of good life style practices from food habits to sleeping patterns; build new and healthier generations.1
