Abstract

Stress is something that most of us experience at some point in our lives, so learning how to cope with stress is something we all have to deal with for our own physical and psychological well-being. Those who can’t learn to deal with it and use appropriate stress-management techniques can develop numerous negative effects, including physical illness, psychological illness, damaged personal relationships, poor work balance effects and inability to deal with daily routines.
