Different Factors Responsible For Success Of Different Extension Activities Of The Krishi Prajukti Sahayak And Present Status Of Training Of The Krishi Prajukti Sahayak

The successful extension work conducted by the Krishi Prajukti Sahayaks during their service period are Changing cropping pattern, change in fertilizer management, High Yielding Variety cultivation, change in plant protection measures. Training on special topics like Jute Mini Mission, integrated pest management, oil seed cultivation, soil sample collection, scientific cultivation, hybrid varieties are conducted by the KPSs. KPSs took part on training about other topic like, soil nutrient management, vegetable cultivation, soil health management and all the KPS attended compulsorily training/meeting/conference like staff conference (with SAO 1 month interval), fortnightly conference (15 days interval) and weekly conference (7 days interval). All these conference held on every Friday.
