Modern television institutions have invested a sizable chunk of their resources on television network development and television broadcasting management in India and Iran. The impact of television on the personality of the children in general and the role of television in the development of children in particular are not subjected to comprehensive and scientific research in India and Iran even though it is a very important area of human development research. According to data analysis the researcher find that the parents’ perspective about TV watching of children is not favorable and in this case Iranian parents have a positive point of view more than Indian parents.
