The Study of Function and Role Middle Titles in Regional Development (Case Study: Sabzvar, Neishabur, Torbat Jam and Torbat Heidarieh Cities, Iran)

The strategy of middle cities and the role of them in development and balance is one of the influentional pardimes in spatial and regional developments that is considerated in economy of third world from 1970.

Inattention to this role of middle cities and having atendency in one or some limited area malces crisis like polear spatial sfructure and imbalances in developing counties and in Iran.The goal of this writing is the study of influence of middle cities like Sabzvar, Neishabur, Torbatjam andTorbat Heidariyeh in economical structure of Khorasan Razavi province and evaluation of the function of thesecities in teeir region environs and in penetration area. The method of searching is descriptive-analytic and about analysis and evaluation of role and functions of these cities we have used statistical methods patterns and in economical analysing it has been used Antropi and local coefficient.The result of population patterns shows that because of having in positive and high tension in population attraction about these four cities they have an important influence in balancement and in population distribution in Khorasan-Razavi province.Sothese cities could be able to do this upregional functions and with desired functions in the field of industry and Services, agriculture have an important role in spatial development correlation of cities of this province and can effect in improving economical conditions of the whole province of Khrasan-Razavi.
