There are some guidelines for the optimisation of the organisational systems by using proper controlling and administrative system. Controlling system that is one of the functions of the management consists of three steps which have to be followed without any ignorance and negligence by management in any organisation as these are one of the most sensitive matters in entire management system. Further, it will be discussed about administrative system which is based on 14 principles of management by Henri Fayol (1841–1925) the Father of Administrative Management who focused on the development of broad administrative principles applicable to general and higher managerial levels.
