The present study is a descriptive study which tries to find the level of achievement and motivation. Inferential statistics such as t-test is computed to know the significance of difference between gender and different schools. The data was done through descriptive statics. The achievement motive is conceived as a latest disposition which is manifested in overt striving only when the individual perceives performance as instrumental to a sense of personal accomplishment. This study aims at finding the level of Achievement and Motivation of Secondary School students by the influence of difference variables like gender and types of school. The finding of this study shows that there is no significant difference between the achievement motivation of types of school and gender. But low negative between achievement motivation and academic achievement in students of 9th standard school students.
