Nowadays, the advent of information technology to every aspect of human life and business has been so obvious that it does not need to be accentuated more. Information technology has been a great essence in banking system. Information technology is one of the most important facilitators for the transformation of the Iranian and Indian banking industry in terms of its transactions processing as well as for various other internal systems and processes. The various technological platforms used by banks for the conducted their day to day operations. Their manner of reporting, their way of interbank transactions and clearing have been affected and have substantially been evolved over the years. This context is considered a critical literature review of previous researchers with the objective to examine “A glance toward the changes of banks'operations with the entrance of information technology in Iran and India”. This paper also provides a critical review of peer reviewed, scholarly and organizational literature regarding to the changes of banks operations with the entrance of technology to examine. If the banking system in Iran and India had successfully expanded the technological innovation in their operations, it would manage their enterprise, operating cost minimization and revenue maximization.
