Abstract

Nowadays, many of organizations and firms in the word and in the different industries and fields are using online services. The most important factors of creating and maintaining of customer are to identify their perceptions and factors affectingtheir decision to re-refer to cyberspace that can help to better understanding of customer demands. According to the place of online shopping in the national economy and the importance ofunderstanding thefactors influencingcustomer'sacceptance andintention tovisitand usethistechnology, we tried to study the factors influencing customer intentions to use online system of Mellat bank. In Mellat bank of Mazandaran, Finding revealed that there is a direct and significance relation between perceived communication and perceived ease to use and perceived ease to use can affect on customer attitude towards ECRM and their intention to revisit from the site. Perceived communication has a direct and significance effect on perceived usefulness and it can affect on satisfaction of decisions. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of decision has a negative and significance effect on customer intention to re-referral, but perceived ease to use does not have a direct and significance effect on perceived usefulness.
