Enormous internal migration has been observed over the last fifty years mainly because of the existing capitalist structure which focus on urbanization and industrialization and which has been creating enormous social problems instead of eradicating poverty. The Community Approach Model (CAM) addresses the problems of a certain community or village and upholds the local cultural traits and community made products. —No lose, no dividend‖ with this social business motivation the entrepreneurs and corporations will invest in the community and accumulate the local people. This approach will accelerate the community empowerment, economic development, environmental Promotion, and reduce the unemployment problem as well.
