This study aim to analyze the implementation of interregional cooperation policy on Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport management and The interests of each institution Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport management based on consensus and mutual interest. This research used interactive model with three procedures, i.e data reduction, data delivery, and verification. The Implementation of interregional cooperation policy on the management of Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport still not run optimally and efficiently, this is due to the unclear authority of each either provinces government or regency/city as well as Indonesian Air Force, (2) Interregional cooperation policy on the management of Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport still concerned with each area interest, either Malang city government, Batu city government and Malang Regency Government, East Java Province government as well as Indonesian Air Force still looking for a form of cooperation which can accommodate the interests of all parties concerned.
