In today‘s scenario we may say that technology plays a significant role in banking sector. The financial sectors continuously explores the opportunity in finding technology enabled services to proof themselves and to offer better customer experience and convenience. In this era mobile phone capture the common technology device in every individual life for sharing the information. The survey says that India is the largest telecom market in the world wide, the place having a high potential for expanding the banking services through the latest media called mobile. Since, it seems that mobile banking is not become the preference of millions of people. The recent innovation in the telecommunication has established to be fortunate thing for the banking sector and its customers where they can interact with the bank via mobile phones through the applications for getting SMS, fund transfer, knowing their accounts details, etc. This study is done to find out the SWOT analysis and the consumers expectation among the banking customers in India.
